But in your quote from the Secure Configuration Guide for Oracle9iR2, it
says "SCOTT" is not locked. Isn't SCOTT the sample schema? So if it isn't
locked, why would they tell you to unlock it? I would probably go with "C"
as well, but I think the question and answers are poorly written.
