Hello Fawzia

If you have a firewall between the clients and the database you need to check the configuration. MTS use fixed range of ports while regular connections use dynamic allocated ports and they can be blocked by the firewall.
Memory - instead of 10-20 current sessions you can get hundreds of them, one for each user, so the virtual memory usage will go way up.
