I found the dll and renamed it to old as suggested by Metalink. The install
appears to be working fine. Hope this is the only problem with the release
and server.

There is an issue with the version on some installation media (meaning, more recent copies may or may not have been corrected) and processors over 1000 Mhz. The problem is with a dll called symcjit.dll which at best causes the installation to exit without error, but also without completing. If you're encountering something like this, let me know and I'll e-mail the corrected version to you directly. I got it from a peer. I'm not sure where he got it, maybe metalink but I can't find it there. It's only 410 Kb so e-mailing shouldn't be an issue.
