MetaLink document #1036312.6 (³Utilizing Up to 3GB Virtual Memory on Windows NT Server 4.0²) is a little old, dealing with NT4.0, but it still might be useful. I know some versions of W2K have this too. This will allow you to max out at 3Gb instead of 2Gb.
If you have more than 4Gb of memory on your server, then MetaLink note #225349.1 (³Implementing Address Windowing Extensions (AWE) or VLM on Windows Platforms²) should be helpful too. AWE allows you to address up to 16Gb of RAM, though at some cost.
MetaLink note #46001.1 is a good overview of all of this, and it mentions the Oracle utility ORASTACK as well, which can buy you more available memory if you have a lot of user sessions...
