Since they are partitioned, the status is not applicable to the whole index. Check the status of each partition in user_ind_partitions.

I have some partitioned indexes with the status of N/A. Those indexes are partitioned.
Never seen that before.
SQL> SELECT DISTINCT STATUS
2 FROM USER_INDEXES;
STATUS
