Yes i've tried that. I was not able to install from the downloaded module
and could not connect online to cpan as i had some problems with configuring
my proxy settings in the tool.
Can u please tell me the exact steps/commands to install a downloaded module using ppm or how to set the proxy settings in the tool, so that the same can be installed online.
