HP-UX Upgrade from 11.0 to 11i with Oracle 8.1.7

Gurus,

When I upgrade HP-UX from 11.0 to 11i, do I need to re-install Oracle binaries for HP-UX 11i or I could use old Oracle binaries which was installed for HP-UX 11.0.
