First off I'd get off on M$slop if possible. Given that that's impossible, what's in your alert log?

Hi listers,

I'am in oracle 8i on window 2000 server. In this month my database down almost everyday and the only thing I can do is stop dan restart the database and it makes me curious what's going on with my oracle. Pls anyone on this list, can you give me a good solution how to fix it so it will not happen again. All suggestions is welcome and very appreciated.
