Their pitch for having people sign up for a free book at IOUG included the caveat ' if your boss listens to Jake's sales pitch for off site DBA services, you will get the book'. Of course, if Jake is successful that's all you will have because TUSC will have your job.
They do have interesting marketing techniques, tho.
