dbshut code for AIX 5.2 (64 bit)

Good afternoon,
I had a caffiene free moment and overwrote my dbshut script. If anyone has one for 9.2.0.1 or 9.2.0.3 and could send it too me I would be very grateful. After waiting for 5 hours for an answer from Metalink, the answer was that I would have to reinstall the whole damn thing from the CD just to get that back. And of course I would have to patch it which takes even more time.
