Guys,

I wish to setup an IOUG group in my city. I wish to do this so I can bring in some of the more relevant training available for Oracle DBA's in this area - Mogens, Cary, Robert, etc. Any advice on the best way to do this from folks who have - quickest way to get it up and running, generate interest, arrange speakers, funding..... Perhaps working with local vendor?
