All the hearsay evidence I've seen (including comments attributed to Cary at his HotSOS symposium that I heard second hand last week) leads me to believe that don't #5 is true...I must admit I've not done benchmarking myself... :-)

I am, however, ever open minded.

I know we've had lots of discussions on this list about it, but I haven't seen anything that made me think "never ever use that"
