Help Oracle 9i db creation scripts

Oracle 9i R2
Solaris 8

LIST, I always create my databases from scripts, and I have Oracle 8i create database scripts. I've been trying to get Oracle 9i DBCA working for several days, and all I get is the initializing screen. I've checked metalink, google, and orafaq for resolutions, but I'm running out of time.

Does someone have a script for Oracle 9i database creation I can use as a base for my new 9i database with the new features included?
