Ora-00600 fun

After my nightly cold backup and during the database startup I got this error;

ksedmp: internal or fatal error
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [3051], [82], [73], [], [], [], [], [] ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 8389132 bytes (pga heap,THREAD RECOVERY)

The database mounts but does not startup. I already filed a TAR with Oracle but was wondering if any of you might have a clue on this one. This is suppose to happen on Monday, not Friday.
