I'm not so sure that OCP is now a tie breaker but rather that lack of
OCP is becoming a deal-breaker.
Having just been through a search for a job, I found that most requirements where "college degree or higher" and "OCP"
neither were negotiable, my resume wouldn't go in the door without them
(unless it was through someone I knew, who knew who I was and whose
management knew who I was).
