New Script: Pre-Install script which checks your Unix environment to ensure successful installation of Oracle 9.x version of RDBMS

The Data Server Support team is pleased to release a new script for Unix RDBMS users. Customers who plan to install Oracle 9.x RDBMS on an HP, Solaris, Tru64, AIX or Linux server can run this script to verify that the server is configured according to the Oracle RDBMS installation guides. The output will report the required tasks that need to be performed to ensure a successful installation of Oracle 9.x RDBMS.
