But why would you want to?
If you export using the 7.3.3 database using the 7.3.3 export utility you should be able to import it into your 8.1.7 database using the 8.1.7 import utility. It's backward compatible.
You just can't go the other way (import an 8.1.7 export to 7.3.3).

But why am I getting these error messges? What scripts need to be run to solve this problem?

This is 7.3.3 / 8.1.7 on Win NT.
