It does not look as though the SID_NAME parameter was set on the system I was trying to install too. Although it was set on my test system, maybe thats why it worked in test but not production.

Anyway, I am off to try again. Thanks for the idea.

Yes, I can login as 'perfstat', and any other user as well, it looks like the script was able to create the user.
