I will have to respectfully disagree with that, at least in part.

There is a big difference between change management in OEM tools and Quest tools, Quest's tools being much better.

The OEM tools are push button, just like MicroSlush garbage. Meaing: The OEM tools do no give you near the control over managing change and synching schemas across databases that Quest's tools allow.

Having said that, I don't use either. Had I a need for serious change management though, Quest would win hands down.
