Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> rollback space
i have a small development oracle installation on linux (oracle8i 8.1.5.02) ... seems like rollback space isnt freeing up ... i am now looking at two segment files that are maxed at nearly 2gb (which i cannot allow any further) and the files are set to 2gb (as per the previous admin)
problem is i dont do anything with this database that do not autocommit. also the server has been started/stopped and rebooted a few times.
the database isnt having any problems ... i would like to see these files smaller.
