I had problems all day yesterday and again this morning. The fun part was it was a kinda complicated issue, and metalink let me enter everything up to the point where it issues a TAR number - and then it just never came back with the number. Repeatedly.

OTOH, I was astonished at how quickly somebody answered my phone call. And I was pleasantly surprised that the guy who answered wasn't just a "phone drone" but actually had some background in the product.

I've been unsuccessful submitting an iTAR so far this morning. I'd like to hear if other list members have had success or failure opening a new iTAR today.

FWIW - It fails using both Netscape & IE browsers; but I get different symptoms from eachof them.
