Updated an iTAR this morning with out any problems using Netscape.

I've been unsuccessful submitting an iTAR so far this morning. I'd like to hear if other list members have had success or failure opening a new iTAR today.

FWIW - It fails using both Netscape & IE browsers; but I get different symptoms from eachof them.
