Classes by Cary Millsap (hotsos.com) or Craig Shallahamer (orapub.com) would be pretty cool. These two guys are on the cutting edge of Oracle performance tuning.
Millsap's classes appear to be oriented toward his online service, which they charge for. I have no idea how valuable is class would be if your company decided not to pay for his service.
Craig's classes focus on his toolset, which is available free.
