Slow query

Hallo , I am running this query but it is awful slow. (Embedded image moved to file: pic25554.pcx)

 When I check TOAD Server Stats there is a red dot on the following:

• redo space wait ratio Value 145,0547
  -parse/execute ratio Value 53,8402 high parse to exdecute ratio
  -DBWGR avg scan depth 384,6250 DBFiles Too High? it says
  

What does this depend on? What can I do to solve this?
