Waleed,
Post it to comp.databases.oracle.server and Jonathan Lewis will take a
whack at it.
Tom Kite will probably take a swing - if you phrase it correctly.
Howard Rodgers, Sybrand Baker and Daniel Morgan may also show a bit of
their knowledge, but will most likely provide a link to the docs.
However, if you do not phrase it correctly, you will resemble the crispy debris that resides in the bottom of your toaster.
