sqltext query

hi all

i am using the following query to get the sql_text and user

 select a.ADDRESS,a.SQL_TEXT,b.USERNAME
 from v$session b, v$sqltext a
where a.address=b.SQL_ADDRESS;

the user has changes his password...

but i am not getting the sql_text when the user changes his password........

plz clarify..................
