Although it would be difficult to prove, you could always (once the volumes and file systems are created) try creating your high usage stuff first (redos etc etc) and "hopefully" it will land where you want it to go.

You could then try the reverse (add the high use stuff last) and see which is faster. You could then make some deductions about whats going on
