Hello , currently I have install TOAD, when I click the sqlnet-help , it
highlight the error " l:\oracle\dev16\ is not in system path " ? But it did
work ok .I manage to connect to my db server , but why this error come up
???
Actually I 'm network connect with my oracle server locate in other network directory .
I don't have an Oracle install in my PC,
I'm using Win98SE with 64RAM ,Normal Toad installation. , running Netware
Client 3.3.0
I try to configure autoexec.bat to set
path:=L:\ORACLE\DEV16\;L:\ORACLE\DEV16\BIN;%PATH%
everytime I reboot my PC , the configuration go back to normal PATH:=c:\WINDOW....etc ??? why it behave right that ?
Is there any registry trigger I need to setup ??
But very abnormal is , if I run the shortcut from my network driver (L:\progra~1\toad) it work perfect right ?? Is it becoz it stay together with my oracle server in L drive ?
I not use to work in Netware ..any guru please help ?
