How to launch Oracle Management Server

Hi,
Just installed 9i on Unix (sun Solaris). Can you tell me how to launch Oracle enterprise manager On Unix. I couldn't find svrmgrl. Where can I find the document on this (i.e. major changes in 9i with respect to 8). I am trying to find in OTN.
