Glad to hear your database is now safe and sound.
Now let's hear a little about how you managed to remove all of your control files.
When you realized what happened, did you get that all over body buzz that indicates that you may be nearer to death than you ever expected? :)
Maybe we can offer some tips to help prevent that kind of error in the future.
More importantly, do your user and/or boss know what happened? :)
