As far as I am aware, some of the very respectable 'big guns' at Quest are: Gaja, Eyal Aronoff, Guy Harrison (yes - the one from the 'Oracle SQL tuning' fame), Steven Feuerstein (of PL/SQL fame), ....
And now, as TUSC are: Rich Niemiec (President IOUG-A?), Kevin Loney, Mike Ault, ...
So is this coalition a viable alternative to the all-knowing Oracle Support Services?
