They fail to mention that the "popularity" of metalink is due to the fact
that a real person won't take our TAR calls and everyone is being forced
to login. The "staggering numbers" are disguntled cutomers that can't get
answers any other way. Support, or lack thereof, has always been an issue
with using Oracle products.
