Please note that the HELP topics on 8.1.6 are a lot less than the ones on
8.0.6. And yes, 8.1.6 doesn't have INSERT topic in the HELP table.
You can load the ones missing on 8.1.6 using the scripts from 8.0.6. At least
that's what I did.
