Indexes calculation??

Hi Gurus

I have a big fat Indexes, I need to recalculate their storage clauses, What is best approach to calculate next extent, min extents and other stuff like pctfree and pctused. I hope mine is insert based database with 150gigs data, I need to set up pctused @30-40.

Any body can threw light on it??
