Slightly off topic: Peoplesoft apps. versus Oracle apps.

I have to participate in a conference call next week to discuss PeopleSoft financials versus Oracle financials.
The conference call will include an "expert" from the Meta-Group.

I would appreciate any insight into the differences between these two applications.
