Installation of 8.1.6 on solaris8 intel

I was installing oracle 8.1.6 solaris8 intel version on my pc. When I runsinstaller I get the following message:

Initializing java virtual machine/run../stage/ components/oracle.....Jre/1.1.8.10/1/
datafiles/expanded/JRE/solaris/binJRE.

out of memory exiting.

I believe this is something to do with the compatibility of graphic card.

If somebody experience this problem and know about it, I would appreciate the help.
