table access via Browser

Hi,

what would you prefer to have a simple way to view and modify table-data of an oracle-DB by a browser?

Is there a simpler way to go than OAS/iAS? Any ODBC-plugins?
Has WebDB features that can be used?

Any comments are welcome.
