I am attempting to copy a table from a 8.1.6 db to 8.1.7. Most of the tables have come across successfully. One table is having a problem. The command:
copy from v55/v55_at_int to user/pwd_at_frog create DMF using select * from DMF_at_int;
This table gives ora-00911 error (invalid character ? where? - this same command worked on many other tables).
I manually created the table in the local db and tried to do an append of the data
copy from v55/v55_at_int to user/pwd_at_frog append DMF using select * from DMF_at_int;

This causes sqlplus and sqlworksheet to die (this is on NT0 anybody have an idea of what's going on?
