How can store the Movies in the oracle database (8.0.5)

Dear Lists

I would like to store the Digital camera output like movies (say max of 5-10MB each) in the oracle database 8.0.5 . This Images/Movies will be viewed thro' browser , My OS will be Redhat Linux & Database is oracle 8.0.5
Can any one suggest me the following.

How can I store/retrieve efficiently in the Oracle 8.0.5 database.
Can I use WebDB 2.2 as web server
