Rahul,
The NEW support contracts for 2000/2001 year for us did NOT offer the = Bronze support. It offered Silver at the same price. You should have a = copy of the bill and invoice in your documentation stating the type of = support you have=20
OR
you could call support, listen to the music, and be told to go to the = MetaLink site and check your profile with your CSI number. Good Luck
