gee, I thought we did that in the </insert shameless plug here> Oracle DBA 101 when we did the "Do you have what it takes?" questionnaire </end of shameless plug, forgive me folks!>

I will support certification when it uses a real world simulation like Jeff's -- but you have to add in to the mix that all the problems are on different databases, on different versions of Oracle and everyone thinks their problem should be your number one priority.
