I have used the replication manager to change the object (alter object tab) and had no problems.

  Is it possible to alter the replicated tables ie by adding a new column.I tried atter suspending the replication..when i added and tried to refresh the refresh groups
it failed to refresh the altered table.This is in oracle 8.1.6 anybody can mail me the solution...
