Hi Chan,
This sounds very familiar, the problem (and solution) elude me at the moment. I guess the obvious question I would ask would be is Are you in Multi-threaded server mode? Sounds like you are with that error. As for a parameter.... How about MTS_MAX_DISPATCHERS? But I'm guessing there.
