    Just replace the = word REUSE=20 with SET in the CREATE CONTROLFILE
command. e.g the command shd look=20 like:

Thanx for you  suggestion .You = are=20 right  i am trying to recreate the control file.
While running the  .sql = file , i am=20 getting errors like this ....
 
ORA-01503  : Create controlfile = failed

What do you want to = do?
 
Are you trying to recreate the = control=20 file?
If YES edit the trace file (remove = the comments=20 and save as .sql)
and run from SVRMGR or SQL = Plus
