I think Export of Oracle 8 can not be imported in Oracle7..

What you will have to do on NT is :
Run catexp7 in Oracle 8 database and use Oracle7's exp utility . the DMP file so created can be imported in Oracle7.

Yes, it is possible. You should run catexp7 script to create v7-style views for export/import. Unfortunately, I don't remember details, check oracle doc. You probably have to do the export again.
