Wow. I learned something today besides what AFIEDT.BUF really means (or meant). Have you set audit at that level before? I thought that you could not audit selects. Wow. I = learned something today besides what AFIEDT.BUF really means (or = meant).  Have you set audit at that level before?  It sounds = like it would drag a database to a grinding screeching halt, even if = you had enough room to keep all those entries in the audit = table.

Step one, Set "audit_trail" in the init.ora = file to true or DB or OS,  Second,
what do you want to audit?  A "audit = select on <table_name>" will audit all
selects.  There are other options as = well.
