Urgent >> DBA_JOBS problem

Hi,

  I have scheduled the job on this new database. When I query dba_jobs i can see the job scheduled but Oracle never tries to execute the same as there are no failures and Last_Date column updated. I can however force them to run using dbms_job.run but they do not run automatically. I have checked that 4 SNP processes are running. The related parameters values are: job_queue_processes = 4
job_queue_interval = 120
  I have the same jobs running on other instances. Please advise...
