Hello,
Every month end after we run our production we execute a set of sqls for
various purposes like for eg to generate reports, the report sizes are
usually pretty huge.
And even though i find df -k .(space check) to be sufficient it comes out
saying a lot like this...(am i over looking something?? i might since iam
new into DBA side)
ptx/EFS:40:vTVERS:efs:vx_nospace:ees_information:/salary/data file system
full
(2 block
extent)ptx/EFS:40:vTVERS:efs:vx_nospace:ees_information:/salary/data f
ile system full (2 block
extent)ptx/EFS:40:vTVERS:efs:vx_nospace:ees_information
:/salary/data file system full (2 block
extent)ptx/EFS:40:vTVERS:efs:vx_nospace
:ees_information:/salary/data file system full (2 block
extent)ptx/EFS:40:vTVER
can anybody through some light on this or can u suggest a more useful
solution than deleting the files and cleaning up the used path everytime.
TIA,
Swapna
