ORA-1013

Dear list members,

We are running a power builder program which connects to Oracle 7.3.3 on IBM AIX RISC/6000.
The following error pops up once in a while, when running one of our application programs :

ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation

Can someone tell me why we have this error. Is it related to the setting of SQLNET.EXPIRY_TIME . Our current setting is 30.
