Announcing Oracle8i Release 3
Oracle8i Release 3 new features shares common services with Oracle Internet Application Server 8i,
including servlet, JSP, EJB Entity Beans, JMS, JTS, and JDBC support; native compiled Java code
for greatly enhanced Java performance; and Oracle's XML SQL Utility. It also includes new security
features and a PL/SQL gateway for HTTP. Posted June 28th, 2000
